Yesterday Gracie loaded her parents into the truck for a LAX pick-up. Uncle Brent came home from Texas after 5 weeks. Aunt Jeanine flew out earlier in the week to help him make the trip home.
Dadda turned the truck off at the airport and it did not want to restart. How embarrassing. A celebrity was also there and had the paparazzi following them right past the truck. Jeanine thought she recognized the face, but didn't know from what show. Dadda was glad they didn't stop to take pictures of the old guy stuck in the truck. We are old!!
After a very helpful and nice man from Baja Towing came to help we were on our way quickly. A quick stop at Tito's Tacos and Johnnie's for a pastrami sandwich or two and we were headed home. How fortunate they are both so close to each other. Another eventful day with Gracie!!

We miss Brent! We loved having him come and visit. He told us that he needed to get home because he was sure that Gracie really would be missing him...but he is already planning his next visit.

I'm sure they appreciated the ride even if the truck DID refuse to start again.
