What the Hail is going on? We missed Grampa's and Mommy's birthdays!

Dadda is not a good photographer

Today Gracie played in a hail storm. It really wasn't much of a storm, small pea sized hail. She was excited to play with her Frozen doll out in the hail. Many of her neighbors were out on their porches to watch the hail come down. It does not hail much around here.

Happy Birthday Mommy!

Mommy's birthday was last week and she had a very low key day. Gracie wanted her to have See's candy. Mommy is very good about not eating it all in one day and doling it out sparingly to Gracie and Dadda.
Grampa's birthday was just before Mommy's. Gracie has tried to calling to wish him a Happy Birthday, but he hasn't picked up yet. Calls to his daughters assured Gracie he is alright. He just can't find his phone before it goes to voicemail. He is moving slower now. He turned 82 and needs more time to get to the phone.
