Gracie likes to set a pad and to sleep in her parents bedroom on non school nights. Last Friday night as the family was all drifting off to sleep, Gracie started asking questions about Dadda and his Type 2 diabetes. His friend Jeff had just been diagnosed that week as a Type 2 diabetic as well.
Mommy was explaining to Gracie that many people have medical issues to deal with in their lives.
"Dadda had Type 2, Mommy has ARVD in her heart, Uncle Brent has Down Syndrome." Gracie added " I have Cuteness disease"
It took a while longer for the family to drift off to sleep.
