This past week Gracie has been visiting San Diego. Mommy had a work conference there. Since it was just before Gracie's birthday Mommy wanted to have the family go with her.
Gracie and her Dadda played at the hotel pool each day went to a nearby park and spent time watching TV in the hotel room while Mommy worked her conference. Gracie saw the Sea World fireworks every night.
Mommy sneaked out lunches and snacks for Gracie and Dadda.
The day after Gracie turned 7 the whole family went to Sea World. Of course, Dadda somehow forgot to bring the camera. Mommy used her phone camera for a few pictures.
Gracie was excited to ride their new Manta roller coaster. It might be a while before she rides another "grown up" roller coaster.
Gracie saw Shamu, seal lions, dolphins and many other animal shows.
It was a pretty good week for a "permanent 7 year old." Gracie has been describing herself that way since her birthday. " I won't be 6 ever again!"
She is growing much too fast.

San Diego is a fun city indeed with many, many things to do. I love the San Diego Zoo. It's huge and takes days to see everything.
