Yesterday was Mommy's birthday. Unfortunately she was not feeling her best. She did get to sleep in. (Her favorite thing to do)
Gracie took her to the lunch, movies, and even helped her use her new imported hand made hammock for the first time. Gracie read to her as they slowly rocked back and forth across the front porch.
Dadda was reminded at dinner last night that he must be the most thoughtless husband on the planet as Gracie reminded him that Mommy didn't even have a birthday cake yet. How clueless can one get? Luckily, Dadda had given himself an out by giving Mommy her birthday card "To the World's GREATEST wife, From the world's Worst husband." He is more than just a bit of a dolt.
