Thanks for stopping in Gracie's blog. Feel free to leave a comment anytime. Yesterday was a good day for Gracie. She was at her best. She got a new Webkins dog from "the Scout Store" when he needed to pick up advancements for some of the boys in the Cub Scout Pack. It's a rainbow dog with purple ears.
Last night Mommy joined the Pack as the Assistant Cub Master. She now has to help save Dadda from all of his missteps as she has been doing, only now she will get full recognition for her efforts. Plus she gets to wear a snappy new Scout uniform.
It was the annual Rain Gutter Regatta for the boys. As Dadda was preparing to leave Gracie approached telling him "In case one of the boats starts to sink, I made a life jacket." Gracie then handed Dadda a piece of paper decorated to look like a life jacket. Dadda was impressed with her concern for the boys and their boats.
After the Pack Meeting while eating dinner sitting on the over sized dinner room chairs that are a perfect fit for Dadda, but are just a bit too tall for Mommy and Gracie to reach the floor with their feet. Mommy uses an old phone book as a foot rest. Gracie told her parents how the book works. "the book soaks up the floor and puts it on the bottom of Mommy's feet." Dadda is glad when he has the world explained to him by Gracie.
