Gracie with her teacher and a few classmates
Last Friday was Gracie's last school day of kindergarten. Her classmates had a singing presentation for their families just before their last lunch together in kindergarten. Dadda left work early and raced to just miss the beginning of the program. Mommy started taking the pictures in case Dadda missed the whole thing.
Dadda was the one parent that got misty-eyed on Gracie's first day of school and Mommy found herself similarly inflicted on Gracie's last day of school. Very interesting.
Gracie had a wonderful teacher, made some great friends, is looking forward to seeing her best friends on play dates over the summer break.

It's when they pack up and leave home that you really have the tears. Only lasts for a very short time though.
I loved the little girl in front with the pink ribbons on her dress. Was she bored? That was a very big yawn.
Gracie is adorable, but you already know that.
