Two weeks ago as Mommy napped after a hard day dealing with Dadda, Gracie came into the office as Dadda was playing on the computer AGAIN! to tell Dadda that there was water coming out of the refrigerator.
Dadda went and opened the door to find a waterfall pouring out from inside.
The lower drawers were completely filled with water and Dadda had to quickly move the refrigerator to turn off the water to the ice maker.
Turns out the inline filter in the back broke a seal and started the fun.
Dadda then had to cut out the adjacent carpet that was then under water.
Mommy heard most of the commotion thinking it was just a ploy to rouse her from her much deserved mid day rest.
After consulting with the insurance agent Gracie's house was then besieged by drying fans with near deafening levels for the next four days. Each technician gave conflicting reports seemingly only repeating phrases learned at SERVICE MASTER training.
Dadda will never recommend their services to any of his friends. It was a most shameful way to conduct business.

I'm so sorry that you had that kind of issue. I'm sure glad Gracie came and told you about it though. Could have been even worse. She's such a trooper.
If you won't recommend them then I don't want anything to do with them. Ever.
