Gracie has been very busy the last few days. Grampa went home to Utah on Wednesday morning. Gracie made sure she got up very early to give Grampa a kiss and hug good-bye. She later told her Mommy that Grampa left "last night" because it was still dark when she got up to see him off.
Gracie's Uncle Bob and her cousin Parker arrived from Utah the very next day. Gracie has been making sure Parker never feels alone during his stay. Gracie has tried squeezing into the same chairs with Parker.
Guitar Hero has been hooked up and playing quite a bit. Uncle Bob is a "Rock God" Like his head isn't big enough already.
Last night they enjoyed an "All you can eat" night at Dodger Stadium, including a victory over the Cubs.
Gracie also heard from her Grampa that shortly after returning home he "broke his neck"
Grampa went to visit Aunt Becki and tripped going up the back steps and smacked his head into the brick wall. He lacerated (medically speaking of course)his scalp and apparently cracked the C2 vertebrae in his neck. He spent last night in the hospital. At least he can't say Dadda is the pain in his neck anymore!
As Gracie prayed for Grampa in family prayer last night she asked for "Grampa to be blessed and have his head put back on his body"
Gracie is fun!
