Today Gracie took her parents to yet another life celebration. Mommy's first boss' wife passed away last week after a courageous battle against cancer. Pat never wavered in her testimony of the Living Christ or His gift to all of us.
All of children spoke of a kind and loving mother and grandmother. She will be missed.
As Gracie and her Dadda waited in the truck for Mommy to offer her condolences to the family, Gracie asked her Dadda "After the res-direction, is that when we get our bodies back?" Dadda loves his little angel here on earth.

I wish I could have been there; Pat Swan was a gem.
How sweet children are! One of the kid's great-grandparents just passed away and their other great-grandfather was attending the funeral. Ethan got a little confused on who passed away and so when he saw his grandpa in the audience he said "Mom, Dad! Great-grandpa got resurrected!" Kids have a way of bringing joy to even sad times.
Great Gracie story.
Res-directed is much more fun to say than resurrected. ha.
