Gracie's grampa went back to Utah last week and she really misses him. The rest of Gracie's family misses him as well.
Gracie loved having Grampa here for both Thanksgiving and Christmas. his Christmas gift is her favorite. Baby Alive.
He was always willing to sit in the back yard and watch Gracie jump on her trampoline, dig in her sandbox, and push her on the swings.
Grampa would sit with her while she would draw and paint. She loves having an audience to get immediate feedback on her work.
She also loved going with him on his daily walks. Gracie always got to ride in her stroller but she loved going. Daddy loved it when she came back asleep in the stroller and stayed that way for another 20 minutes. He HAD to take another picture of her asleep.
When she is grown and looking at all of her child hood pictures she will wonder if all she ever did was sleep. Daddy can't get her to stay still for any other pictures.
The day before he left for Utah Gracie took Grampa to the beach. Grampa and Gramma went to the beach every chance they got. We know how much he misses her and he is doing his best until he can be with her again.
