Gracie, a birthday cake, and a dog

Gracie helped her mommy make a birthday cake this afternoon. She loves to help as much as she can. Melinda keeps a folding step stool in the kitchen for her helper.Gracie had chocolate cake batter all over her face when they were done. We taped her singing Happy Birthday to Aunt Chris.Gracie has become quite a mimic. We are working very hard on watching our language around her. I'm afraid she will let one go in church. We usually sit in the front row so, it would be difficult to sneak out afterwards.Brian Dowd brought his greyhound dog by for a visit. Gracie has never seen such a big dog up close before. She said " Ride 'em cowboy, yee haw!" when she saw him. It was pretty funny.
